By using Scaler ("Service"), you agree to these terms. Scaler is a browser-based image resizing tool.
Scaler processes images entirely in your browser. No image data is transmitted to our servers. The Service provides presets for common print-on-demand platforms and a KDP spine calculator.
The free tier allows 3 watermarked exports per browser session. Free exports include a small watermark. Free exports may not be sold as-is on commercial platforms.
Paid subscriptions (monthly and annual) and pay-per-export credits provide watermark-free unlimited exports. Payment is processed by Stripe via the Scaler platform. Subscription billing is handled automatically at the start of each billing period.
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to circumvent the rate limiting system, resell access to the Service, or use automated tools to abuse the free tier.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Dimension values and spine calculations are provided for reference and must be verified against the platform's official specifications before submission. We are not responsible for print rejections or errors arising from use of this Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Images: Processed entirely in your browser. Image data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Export rate limiting: We store a hashed version of your IP address in a server-side cookie to enforce the free export session limit. This hash is non-reversible and is not linked to any personal account.
Payments: Payment data is handled by Stripe. We receive only an order confirmation (order ID, product purchased). No card numbers or payment details are stored by us.
Contact forms: If you submit a support request, we store your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry.
Analytics: We use privacy-first analytics (Umami) to track aggregate page views and tool usage. No personal identifiers are stored in analytics.
We use one functional cookie: _fp_el (export rate limit). This cookie stores a hashed version of your IP address and your session export count. It expires at the end of your browser session. We use localStorage in your browser to store your Pro status and My Shop preferences locally on your device.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except Stripe (payment processing) and the hosting infrastructure required to run the Service.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. The export rate limit cookie expires after 24 hours. Payment records are retained as required by law.
You may request deletion of your contact data at any time by emailing fitprint@sogoodmail.co.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of that charge.
Pay-per-export credits ($2.99 per export) are non-refundable once used. If a credit was charged but the export failed due to a Service error, contact us and we will issue a replacement credit or refund.
To request a refund, use the support form below or email fitprint@sogoodmail.co with your order ID and reason. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Before initiating a payment dispute with your bank, please contact us. We resolve most issues within 48 hours. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
